SP2 Error: Netsetup.cpl

Installed SP2. Darn thing disabled my DSL.. boo!
Anyway, go to Control Panel & get error: 'An error
occurred while Windows was working with the Control Panel
file C:\WINDOWS\system32\netsetup.cpl"

Any hints what is happening???

Hi

From another newsgroup post:

"Microsoft came thru with a solution via email. It seems
that at startup I was loading IPmon32 that apparently
caused the conflict. I disabled IPmon32 via msconfig and
do not have the netsetup.cpl error."
