SP2 download

I downloaded the SP2 but it is saying it was cancelled and now I am unable to
get it back to download, when I check for updates it does not show I need it.
How can I get it downloaded correctely? Also I have downloaded the new BIOS
AO5 but it is not show either. Thanks
