SP2 download error?

I am trying to to use the XPe Web install to get the SP2 (XPEFFI_SP2.exe)
But it tries to connect and the status is

"Windows EXP Embedded download encountered an error"

Does anyone know what the problem is or an alternative way to download SP2?
