SP2 Control Center and Norton Antivirus

When I start up under XP SP2 I get a warning that Norton
Antivirus is not working but, after a minute, the
Antivirus program starts and the warning disappears. How
can I get the Antivirus program to run earlier in the
start up so that the warning doesn't appear?
