sp2 and pop ups

A few sites are closing my browser. I have a feeling it's the pop up
control with sp2. How can I adjust it? Thanks for any help.

Try this:

In Internet Explorer go to Tools>Pop-up Blocker>Pop-up Blocker Settings -
Filter Level.
