SP1 RC(refresh) wont detect card reader

Just installed sp1 all is working great except my internal USB2.0 Card
reader.........it isn't being detected.

My portable USB Card Reader works fine when I plug it in

any help would be appreciated.

There are Vista SP1 newsgroups on the betanews servers, including:

microsoft.beta.vistasp1.beta_program
microsoft.beta.vistasp1.general
microsoft.beta.vistasp1.setup

You have to register on Connect to gain access.

Thanks for your input but I've already submitted the issue through
Microsofts Beta Client Program and I know it's a Beta and there will be
issues....just tossing the problem out there in case someone comes
across something I might have missed.

Trust me....News Groups are my last resort to ask for help or even post
solutions as I know how viscious the threads can get.

Although I'm a member of Connect I can't see Vista SP1 listed nor do I see a
way of submitting through that route. Most recent posters got Vista SP1
through Windows Update anyway.
