SP@ setup error

Get a popup error "service Pack 2 Setup Error" "unable to
read from or write to the database" installing as admin,
Virus protection off, nothing running, No alcojhol 120
etc...don't know where to start...and I'm an MCSE!!!

OK I didn't dig in this forum far enough....but the fix
should be in the knowledgebase....fix is at
