You could start by making a post that was more informative and with a
little better spelling. See:
Did you download SP2 with your Anti-virus running? That was probably
what caused your problems.
Remove SP2 as per the link below. If all is well, turn off your A/V just
prior to downloading again. It should come back on by itself when you
restart, but make sure.
Also, make sure no other programs, i.e. Internet Explorer, when you
download.
