SP 4 upgrade fails

When I try to update to SP 4 I get a message:

C:\winnt\sys32\tftp.exe is open or in use by another
application. Please close.

I have no idea where to look and I closed all the
applications in Task Manager that I could and I still get
the message. Can anyone help?
 
tftp is probably running as a service. Check to see if it exists in your
services and stop it before running the SP4 install.
