service pack 4 setup error

I get the following error message when attempting to
update win2000

"The file c:\winnt\system32\tftp.exe is open or in use by
another application"

I have no other applications open, does anyone know what's
going on?

Make sure that the file tftp.exe has at least the following permissions

SYSTEM - FULL CONTROL
ADMINISTRATORS - FULL CONTROL
