I get a an update alert from my automatic update that I need to install
Office XP SP3 but when I click install it runs its update and then says the
following updates were not installed. How do I fix this?

And I cant seem to get the ActiveX control to stay installed on my computer,
I keep having to install it. How do I keep it installed?
