soundtctrls.exe is showing up on all PCs on network

many machines on our network are showing up with
soundtctrls.exe loading up. It is causing performance
issues. Doing a search of the internet shows up no info on
this file. Anyone else with the problem?

It might be a version of Agobot. Just a guess. If you look at the
properties of the file does it tell you anything?
Update your AV signatures and scan your machine. You might also want to
see about sending it to your AV vendor if you think it is a virus.
