Sounds in Outlook Email

Is there a way to include sounds in Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2003 email that
automatically play when opened by the addressee?

In Express all you need to do is click Format>Background>Sound. Outlook
does not have the >Sound Option.
 
Sorry, wrong newsgroup. This newsgroup is for Microsoft Access (a database
application and not general computer "access".
