Sounds and Audio Device Properties

In the Sounds and Audio Devices Properties,
we can create Sound Schemes by applying sounds to Program
Events.
Is there any way to create actual Program Events if they
are not listed in the Program Events box?

Most current applications have built-in sound events that
are added to Audio Properties. I have changed many of my
sounds for certain events by using WAV files in my Sound
Library. I know of no way to add any "events" to the
file, but you can delete sounds. If anyone reading this
post knows of any, it could be interesting.
