Help!! One week ago I had a hard drive crash so I had Frys install a new 160
gb and everything is working fine except for NO SOUND. I inspected the sound
driver and there is a yellow question mark. Under other devices it says Raid
controller and video controller with the question marks. I have tried to "
update driver" but it asks me to install disk?The only disk I have is the XP
install disk. I dont understand what its asking for? Please help me resolve
this...Lance

Look at your documentation for the Sound Card's Manufacturer.
If you can't find this info then try Belarc Advisor:

It does a good job providing a wealth of information.

Then download and install the driver from the sound card's mfg. web site.
