Hello all. i have just installed winXP and also service
pack one. When it came to installing the onboard sis 7012
audio driver it says : "Cannot install driver", then "The
name is already in use as either a service name or a
service display name". What is all that crap about????? I
have onboard soundcard. I have downloaded updated drivers
from the motherboard website. Thanx for your time. alex

had experience with sis drivers recently. Make sure u r
logged on as "administrator", go to "devices" right click
your audio driver, select update driver.when that don't
work! use your msdos prompt(cursor)have your sis files in
known place, use install/setup command.
