Sound will not play when PPT opened by another user.

show is on our share drive - others playing presentation cannot hear the

drive, I can hear the sound.

Is the file saved in the same place as the presentation? If not, try putting
it there and reinserting it into the presentation. Since you mention it is a
WAV file, you could also try going to your PowerPoint options, on the
General tab, and increasing the number for "Link sounds with file size
greater than." Change the number to 50,000, and then re-insert the sound.
This is likely to get the sound embedded into the presentation so it doesn't
matter where the sound file is.

Thank you David - I placed the WAV file in the share drive as well - that did
the trick!. Thanks for a quick response...
