sound problem

Hi i have no sound all checks say everthing is working o.k
message says drivers enabled but not started!!
can anyone help PLEASE????

Might also check to see that windows audio is started in
services. (Start/programs/administrative tools/computer
management/services) hope this helps.

See if "windows audio" is started in services.
(services.msc from the run box)
