During development when I play sounds (by doubleClicking on the Speaker icon)
the entire mp3 plays completely & correctly for 1:30 mins. However when I go
directly to SlideShow only the first 20 sec. of the clip plays. Sounds like
I’m in some kind of Preview mode where it is trying to “help†me so I don’t
have to listen to the whole thing. One clue I found was when I looked at
“Sound Settings/ Information†(Animations/ CustomAnimations/ PlaySound) &
noticed that the “Total playing time: 00:20â€. The “file†showed the correct
one. It is a mp3 (abr=12 – ie. A small file). It’s like PP gets the length
of time to play based on the .mp3 file size as though it was a .wav file,
hense only 20 sec. How can I get PPT to play the whole clip in SlideShow
mode?
