Sound Not the Same

since formatting and reinstalling windows my speakers don't play sound as
loud as they used to, other speakers work great and i've checked all the
media players and pumpped up the volumes and the main volume but still on one
set of speakers the sound isn't very loud. Any Ideas? PS. had the issue
before of other computers too.

Perhaps you need to install an updated driver for yr sound device, from hw
Manu, and reconfigure the sound/speaker setup
