'sound hardware test wizard'

When running 'sound hardware test wizard' the results
state states that I cannot simultaneously play sounds and
capture my voice.
The voice recording has never worked well, but it did
work. I've been trying to input voice recordings with
video to record to DVD. Can anyone direct me to some
help?

It sounds like your sound card (hardware) won't support what you are
trying to do. What sound card do you have?
