I have 5 sound files inserted at various slides. When I copy the power point
file, the sound files do not play. When I "edit sound functions" on the
sound icon, I see the original path of the sound file. How do I copy the
presentation and all the sound files or update the path?
Thanks

First, you will need to create a folder.
Then, move all the sounds and ppt into the folder.
Finally, delete and re-insert the sound to create a pathless link.

email a presentation"

If they are wav files you can make powerpoint embed them by changing the
figure in tools>options>general - "link sounds with file size greater than"
to 50000

You will have to reinsert the sounds as its not retrospective
