Yes, but you must disable your onboard sound in the BIOS.
Consult your computer User's Guide for instructions on
accessing the motherboard BIOS.

Could you tell me why i'm not receiving any audio when I
run my tv card software through my m/b? I have my line
out from my tv card going to my line in on my m/b. And I
know it's not my tv card.
 
You need to take the line out from your TV card to the
input on your Sound Card. Re your original question, you
can disable the on-board audio in Device Manager.
I have on-board audio on my M/B and I use a Sound Blaster
PCI sound card. It works fine
