No not at all. It means you can use up to 7.1, not only 7.1 :D

I think most gamers use 5.1 anyway. Or stereo headphones

Thats a very snazzy version of the card!

I am in love with blue led's! Especially these copperhead + tarantula ones hehe

Same.

I made everything Black with Blue LEDs. The Tsunami case, the Copperhead, my Saitek keyboard, my screen. All black with blue.

B-e-a-utiful isn't it?

Quite a rig you have there. What speakers do you have?

I'm confused.

That picture is of a one slot card

Oh and good speakers you have there. I chose between them and my X-540s as they were both pretty much the same price.

Just installed it and wow what a difference, so much clearer, base is imense now!

Just wondering on songs, is it normal to only come out of the two front speakers? They all work on films/games just on music there is only two working ...

Depends how you have it set up. Music is better through stereo anyway. ;)

Says 5.1 oh well, loving this sound card :)

I really need to shove the back speakers on the wall, even though i have nothing behind, they need to be more to the sound for "surround sound" as at the moment, they're all infront of me!

Just grab a couple of chairs and stick em behind you.

Surround sound it pretty irrelevant for music (And as VR said a stereo is 100 tiems better anyway) and it saves you having to crack the drill out.
