sound across slides - take 2

Help!

I've managed to get music (MP3) to play across the first 50 slides of my PPT
2000 presentation, but I can't get a second song to start. I inserted it at
slide #55, but it is simply ignored. I DID set the first song to play thru
the whole presentation, as instructed in a help file, but it still won't play
#2.

Any suggestions will be most appreciated.

Did you turn off sound one after slide 50?
