Sounblaster Live 5.1

Please help I am trying to intall a soundblaster
Live 5.1 card into my computer my problem is windows
XP does not seem to recognise the drivers for the
card , do u have any suggestions ??????

Can't imagine that(?) Have one also, installed eons ago without incident,
although i will tell you, i did not install anything from the installation
cd that came with it since it contains massive amounts of Creative stuff i
don't want.
Did you let XP install it WITHOUT the CD full of bloat, or did you try and
install all that stuff? I understand you probably bought it because it has
all those sound fonts etc that come with it; everybody wants all those
options..just not me.
