sorting within formulas

I have a column of names and a column of calculated values
to each name. What method do I use to automatically
display this data in numerical order along with the name
associated with the data? Perhaps a VLOOKUP function will
work but how do I sort?

Any help would be appreciated!

From your example. How can you sort the list if there is 2 number 1
rankings???
