Sorting oof records

How can i sort record of

Managers
General Manager
Managing Director
Sales Rep
Secretery
Assistants

to remain as it is instead of Ascendind or decening order.
 
To teach Access how to sort them, create a table with two fields:
- the titles in one,
- the sort order number in the other.

In a query, join this table with your existing one.
