Please explain what you mean. You say "sort by there [sic] Job Titles" but you
also say "Not alphabetic". If you don't want them sorted alphabetically how DO
you want them sorted?

You should consider using a table of Job Titles with two fields - JobTitle and
SortOrder. This might have records like

Manager; 10
Project Director; 20
Coordinator; 30

Include this table in the Query for your report, and sort by the SortOrder
field.

I'm using 10/20/30 rather than 1/2/3 so that it will be easier in the future
to add a new title in the middle of the sequence (Associate Director; 25)
