Dear,

I receive around a thousand mails a day in my inbox and i need to look at
the number of mails that i receive from each company.

Some of the mails I receive does not display the email ID and reflect only
the name of the sender (eg: John Kurain). But when i open the mail and check
the from address i can see the complete email ID in brackets.

I have to copy the emails in an excel which displays From, Subject, Received
and Date field.

For mails which display the entire email ID's i can use text to columns
option in the excel and seperate the company name in the respective email ID.

Is there any option in the outlook where I can get all the mails with
complete email ID option when copied?

Please help me.

Thanks in advance.

I believe there is no setting in Outlook that will cause it to display more
than the friendly name supplied by the sender.

Dear,

Please let me know if there's any option available on the outlook when
filtered/sorted using the custome option, that displays the entire email ID
of the sender.

Awaiting your valuable suggestion on this.

Thanks a lot Brian for your input..
