Sorting folders in Windows Mail

I have a couple of folders with recipes etc., in Windows Mail. I was
wondering if there is a way to sort them by date. The only options I see are
ascending and descending. TIA

The date column has a heading called "Received". Click on it once to sort
ascending, click again to sort descending.

Thank you so much! Something so simple but it's been a major pain. Now I can
find them with out looking all through them.
