Sorting Data Employee name time

I have a worksheet of data (Employee names and times from job sheets) which i
need to sort by employee name and then totalise times to find total hours
worked for the job. There name may apear several times or not at all. I need
a total for each person then to be written to the database sheet through the
database template add in.
