SORTING BY TITLE..

Hi,
I am usng outlook 2003 with exchange server 2003.

I need to know if there is a way within Outlook to find and sort out all
email addresses based on a particular word(example Generic) in the "Job
Title" field (irrespective of where it appears in the title) in the address
book

I know that if in the Outlook main window i go to Tools option and select
"Address book" and then from that window select "Tools" and "Find" option.I
can use the "title" field to sort out all the id's which have job title
starting with a particular word.I need to sort them even if the word occurs
in between the job title.

Please help.

In Contacts change to a table view (Phone List) and then sort by the field
Title. That should give you what you have described. If Title isn't in the
Phone List view, use the Field Chooser to add it to the table. Field Chooser
is on the Advanced Toolbar.

Not sure how you can search and sort the GAL - it's not as flexible as
Contacts.

Everyone - turn on your Advanced Toolbars and learn how to use the Field
Chooser and Group by Box!!
