2007 strange behavior

Hi All,
I'm clicking a job title link in a web site. That opens an outlook 2003 mail
window, fills the 'To' field with the recuiter email and on the 'subject'
field it writes the job number and job description. (example: #job 105 -
Technical Engineer)
When I try to do the same thing in Outlook 2007 env. I get only the 'Job'
word in the Subject field.
Any suggestions why?
Thanks a lot in advance

What is the exact form of the link? It appears to be a "mailto" URL and
perhaps OL 2007 doesn't handle those exactly as OL 2003 did.
