Sort Favorites

How can I sort the favorites so they are in alphabetic order other than
dragging them one at a time, or can I?
 
Click on Favorites, (the word, not the icon), right click on the drop
down box>Sort by Name.

I knew it had to be there somewhere, but I sure couldn't find it.

We sort by name in my firm, but with our most recent upgrade (IE 6.0.2900....
on Win XP Pro), when we sort by name it sorts first lexicographically then by
type (folder or file). In previous versions when one sorted by name it
sorted the folder/directories to the top and individual links to the bottom,
then lexicographically. How can we make it do this again?
