sort emails in outlook

I receive a lot of emails from a lot of peoples. As such I need to sort these
emails into specific mail folders. However outlook have limited "rules and
alert" size of 32k I think. How do I overcome this problem of having a small
size of "rules and alerts"?

Create seperate Folders, for eg a subject, Then create rules to move
received mail to the appropriate folder.
