1) Lets assume that you created a database that contains the following fields: Name, Last Name, Phone and Birthdate. Indicate everything that you must do to the above database in order to
a. Efficiently sort the list by calendar birthdays (not by age but by birthday)
b. Show only those people born on Thursday
c. Show only those people born between 1982 and 1984 inclusive
I create the database by doing it like a list in the order Name, Last Name, Phone, and birthdates. Select all the information, go to data menu, select list, then select create a list and click ok
a. An efficiently way of sort the list by calendar birthdays its dividing the birthdays for days, month and year in different cells. In the month column write down the next formula =MONTH(D2) and then click on cell F2 ones it is highlighted grab the corner and dragged to all the list.
