I have 10 calendars set up on my own Outlook. These are
not shared calendars - just on my computer only. Meeting
rooms etc. When entering a new meeting - how can I make
it appear in more than one calendar at the same time?
 
You 'll need to copy it to the other calendars or use one calendar and
categories, then create custom view to view them as separate calendars.
