sorry but dont understand torito process

Hello!
so, i dont understand the way to create el torito cd.

I follow help file sequence but..
Why create 2 iso images ??
What is the role of ETPREP, i dont unterstand how its
running.

Its not possible to launch directly hard disk runtime
with his FBA sequence ?? And in next reboot edit the
registry and put "EWF enable" and finally create the
ISO ??
(Im using EWF PATCH with no needable FBA partition)
