I just purchased a Sony UP-DR150 Dye sub printer.
When loading the 5x7 media, the LCD panel showed a media mismatch.
After searching on google for any help, I didn't find anything pertaining to
the problem,
so after I figured out the problem , I decided to post the remedy so it will
be picked up by
a google search engine in the hopes that it may help someone in the future.
Here it is:
There are blue and pink spool connectors that attach to each side of the
roll of paper and, are connected
to each other when twisted together.
The blue spool insert can be adjusted to fit 2 different paper widths. When
adjusting for
either size, make sure that it is "snapped" into position properly to avoid
the "media mismatch"
error code.
