I have a Mini Disc Player. My tracks are in ATRAC format. Can I store these
music files, and play them on my PC? If so how?

So far as I know, you must use the vile, misbegotten program known as
SonicStage:

My discs are MD not HIMD so Sonic Stage will not acknowledge them according
to Sony unless I re-record them, onto a HI-MD player from an MD player.
