Sony DSC-P92 and Windows XP

Windows XP gives ya one shot to install... I somehow
messed it up and now it recognizes my 'failed device' and
will not run a new plug and play wizard.

Is this new camera useless now that I can't upload the
images!??? A major middle finger up to Microsoft for
their $245 fee to talk a real person on the phone to ask.

Anyone ????

email me please! I'm going to kick this computer soon...
9 hours of working on it now and when I run the wizard to
install the new digital camera it says; "An error
occurred during installation of the device. The Data Is
Invalid"

grrrr.

A way out is to purchase and install a USB card reader for about $20.00,
Then you read your memory stick with the card reader instead of your camera.
