About a week ago the text on my AOL homepage reduced in size so being unable
to fix it i did a system restore and that sorted the problem. After that i was
on my Sony "sonicstage" site but found that i could no longer play back or
transfer any of the tracks in my library. When i click on a track to play a
message says the files are not formatted to sonic .Furthermore i found i
could no longer sign into the "connect music store "as it was not recognising
my username or password. When i was issued a temporary password with my
username it still never worked.
Since these events happened i later read that a system restore might not
have been such a good idea and my purchased music may be unusable.
Have i lost my purchased music? Can this be fixed?
