Sonic DLA Blocked/dragtodisk not installed

I downloaded the patch from Roxio that was to fix the dla problem. The fix
was to download and install d2d3290.exe from Roxio. This fix replaces
Drag-to-Dsc software. Based on everything I've read in the posts the culprit
is drag to disk and it is part of sonic dla. When I run this patch it tells
me that drag to disk vista is not installed. If it is not there why does
Vista keep blocking it?

Try unnstalling the whole program (roxio has a great removal program search
for it the website). Reinstall then run the patch, worked for me.
