I have a Windows 2000 user who has somehow corrupted her 128-bit encryption.
When she attempts to connect to Windows 2000 boxes running Terminal Services
with high security enabled on the RDP connection, her connection is
immediately refused by the server. The server registers a problem with the
RDP protocol "encryption module".

Which DLL(s) are affected, and how can I get them re-installed? I tried to
upgrade her to SP4, but this made no difference in the result.

I don't know if this will help, but it would be worth trying to run System File
Checker on her computer -sfc /scannow. --- Steve
