I recently lost the ability to use hyperlinks in Outlook 7. When I click on
one, I receive a message stating: "This operation has been canceled due to
restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system
administrator." I checked for help and found this article:

Important This section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to
modify the registry. However, serious problems might occur if you modify the
registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you follow these steps
carefully. For added protection, back up the registry before you modify it.
Then, you can restore the registry if a problem occurs.

I have Outlook 2007 and Vista Business. I tried everything in the article -
I resent the MSIE 8 and I exported the registry key from another computer and
put it in the one with the problem. I have been trying to fix this for well
over a week. Desperately need my hyperlinks as I use them in my research and
work. Help, please.
