Something changed my keyboard shortcut CTRL+ENTER

for reasons I don't know, my CTRL+ENTER shortcut which used to complete URL
addresses, now brings me to the MSN Search page.

How can I get it to go back to the way it was?

Click Start, Run and type CONTROL INETCPL.CPL
Select Content tab, and click AutoComplete button
In the Use AutoComplete for section, put a checkmark near Web addresses
Click OK, OK to close the dialog.

CTRL + ENTER keys do not add prefix http://www. and .com at the end ?:
