Someone please HELP

Can someone please tell me why all of a sudden when we
click open in new window the new window is only about an
inch big...and how do we fix this?

Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.
