SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME W/OUTLOOK XP

For some reason Outlook is suddenly receiving two to
three of the same e-mail. It will lock up, and when I
run the Task Manager, it shows "not running." This has
been happening for the past 3 to 4 weeks. Also, when I
send e-mails, the receipient will receive the same one
twice.

This may or may not have anything to do with it, but I
upgraded Internet Explorer to version 6 around the same
time. Can someone please help??? This is very
frustrating.
