Someone is using my computer to send spam

have updated XP Pro, Norton, SpyBot and Webroot to try
to get top security.
But it appears that someone is using my hotmail address
to send spam.
I have been receiveing from DAEMON repeated notices of
items i allegedly sent that could not be delivered. The
address are not deliverable because the addresses
mentioned do not exist. The message from daemon never
says what the message was. I never sent any of them.
The addresses appear to be seriatum addresses,
combinations of names/numbes to sites such as yahoo, aol
and others.
I have a high firewall. I ran all the anti virus
programs, to no avail. Today I got another list of
addresses that I supposedly mailed to that cannot be
delivered because they are not valid
addresses.
Does anyone have any suggestions or explanations??
